A victim had to be extricated by firefighters when a tractor trailer dump truck rolled over at the Storm King Golf Course this morning.
The original call came in at 7:00 am for a truck rollover at 18 Ridge Road. The Cornwall Fire Department, Cornwall and New Windsor Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and the Cornwall and Cornwall-on-Hudson Police Departments all raced to the scene.
The fire department incident commander confirmed there was entrapment. Firefighters were able to extricate the patient and treated a small fuel spill.
Cornwall Town Supervisor Joshua Wojehowski reported there were no fatalities. There is no word on the nature of the driver’s injuries.
