Newburgh Free Academy Varsity softball team pitcher Alina Ferguson recorded her 100th strikeout during a game versus Kingston last Wednesday at the Newburgh North field.
The Newburgh Enlarged City School District congratulated Ferguson on her accomplishment.
The Varsity softball team is coached by Christopher Leggett and Assistant Coach Katie Mineo.
