The Cornwall Varsity cheerleading squad advanced to the New York State finals held at the Rochester Institute of Technology last weekend.
Cornwall ranked fifth in the state in the Co-Ed Finals at 75.40. North Rockland clinched first place at 91.05, followed by West Babylon at 84.75, Lewiston at 82.35 and Churchville at 79.20.
