Newburgh Town Board Attends Ribbon Cutting at Ocean State Job Lot

The Newburgh Town Board attended a ribbon cutting ceremony at Ocean State Job Lot during its grand opening celebration on Saturday.

The new store, which opened in December, is located at the former ShopRite on North Plank Road. It is a premiere discount retail chain with stores throughout the Northeast. This is the chain’s first location in Orange County.

The store provides patrons with affordable household and seasonal items including cleaning
and gardening supplies, kitchen staples, casual clothing, home décor, and more.

Town of Newburgh Supervisor Gil Piaquadio, Deputy Supervisor Scott Manley, and Town
Councilman Anthony LoBiondo presented a certificate to welcome Ocean State Job Lot to the Town of Newburgh during Saturday’s ceremony. Town Clerk Lisa Vance Ayers was also in attendance. The elected officials thanked Ocean State Job Lot for coming to the Town of Newburgh and wished them success.
