It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.

- Jonathan M. Marte, age 41 of Poughkeepsie, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:05am on Sunday, March 5, 2023. He was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater with Priors, both Class E felonies. He was released to a third party.
- Christopher Jackson, age 30 of New Windsor, was arrested in Orangetown at 4:20pm on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jahlil L. Upson-Miller, age 37 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 9:59pm on Monday, March 6, 2023. He was charged with DWAI Drugs with a Prior Conviction in 10 Years, a Class E felony; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, a misdemeanor. he was released to a third party.
- Roberto C. Flores, age 36 of Newburgh, was arrested in Montgomery at 9:58pm on Thursday, March 2, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Brian A. Jacklyn, age 28 of New Windsor, was arrested in Waywayanda at 3:08am on Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
