Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.

- Charles A. Depuy, age 29 of New Windsor, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 3:11am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. He was charged with DWI – Previous Conviction in 10 Years, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater with a Prior Conviction, both Class E felonies; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Jesus C. Flores, age 27 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:51am on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was charged with DWI – Previous Conviction in 10 Years, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, and Aggravated DWI Per Se with a Prior, all Class E felonies. He was released to a third party.
- Patrick M. Youlio, age 51 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 1:17am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Luis Mendoza, age 24 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:56am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Sean F. Condron, age 53 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 12:27am on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Francisco Cruz, age 52 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:28am on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Kevin S. Bonilla, age 22 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:09am on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Oswaldo P. Chacha Eraz, age 27 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 1:10am on Thursday, February 23, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Aggravated DWI Per Se with No Priors, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
