It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Mark A. Williams, age 32 of Maybrook, was arrested twice in four days.
He was first arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 4:02pm on Monday, February 13, 2023. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
He was next arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:01am on Thursday, February 16, 2023. He was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree; one count of Manufacturing Drug Related Paraphernalia; and one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, all misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Pasquale Denome, age 63 of Stony Point, NY, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 11:16pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. He was charged with DWI with Previous Conviction in 10 Years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Permanent Revocation in the 1st Degree, both Class E felonies. He was released to a third party.
- Antonio Lopez-Hernandez, age 42 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:08am on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle – Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; and DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Stephen M. Nyborg, age 33 of New Windsor, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:12am on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle – Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; and DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- John P. Egan, age 19 of Lansdale, PA, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 3:30am on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Lucy I. Carrasco, age 29 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 1:18am on Friday, February 10, 2023. She was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
- Wilian R. Mendez-Gregorio, age 28 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 12:53am on Friday, February 10, 2023. He was charged with Aggravated DWI with No Priors and DWI 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Luis G. Calderon-Pacheco, age 44 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 1:49am on Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Guillermo Mantanico, age 56 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 2:15am on Sunday, February 12, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Maria Vera, age 27 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 2:43am on Sunday, February 12, 2023. She was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
