A local man has gone missing in the City of Newburgh.
Stephen Olympia, believed to be 33 years old, has gone missing after being last seen on Grand Street in the City of Newburgh at approximately 2:30am this morning – Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Olympia is described as a white male, 6’2″, approximately 180-190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
The City of Newburgh Police Department has not issued a press release, a statement, or any indication of attempts to locate the missing man.
Instead, the non-profit group Hope Alive 845 has launched a campaign to help locate Olympia. Anyone with information is urged to contact Hope Alive 845’s tip line at (845) 866-0442.
