- Francisco Cruz, age 52 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:23am on Sunday, January 29, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Dominica Didio, age 35 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 10:30pm on Sunday, January 29, 2023. She was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
- Marlon Myrie, age 41 of Mount Vernon, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 2:20am on Monday, January 30, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Anthony Contero, age 23 of Washingtonville, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 2:13am on Friday, January 27, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
