It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Kristopher Thurston, age 37 of Campbell Hall, was arrested in Hamptonburgh on Sunday, 12/25/2022 at 3:30am. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon – Loaded Firearm in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony; and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was remanded to police custody.
- Marcus L. Williams, age 36 of Newburgh, was arrested in Woodbury on Tuesday, 12/27/2022 at 2:49pm. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle with 10 or More Suspensions in the 1st degree, a Class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Anthony A. Haylett, age 35 of Circleville, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh on Wednesday, 12/28/2022 at 2:22am. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, both Class B felonies; Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug in the 4th degree, a Class C felony; Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Scales in the 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both Class A misdemeanors. He was remanded to police custody.
- Celvin R. Bobadilla-Reyes, age 35 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh on Sunday, 12/25/2022 at 2:02am. He was charged with Aggravated DWI with Child – 1st Offense, a Class E felony; DWI – 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% – 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Steven M. Flores, age 28 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh on Saturday, 12/24/2022 at 2:17am. He was charged with DWI – Previous Conviction in 10 Years, a Class E felony. He was released to a third party.
- Iyana M. Jackson, age 23 of Beacon, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh on Saturday, 12/24/2022 at 3:31am. She was charged with DWI – 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% – 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
