The National Purple Heart Hall of Honor in New Windsor announced today that the final days are approaching to order a commemorative coin for Christmas.
The limited edition Purple Heart Commemorative Coins are issued by the U.S. Mint and all remaining coins must legally be destroyed in just two weeks, according to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor.
In order to receive a coin by Christmas Eve, today is the last day to make the purchase with budgeted or standard shipping costs. Expedited shipping can be purchased up until December 21, 2022, while next day shipping can be bought up until December 22, 2022.
The cost to purchase a commemorative coin starts at $38, but much more expensive coins or bundles can be purchased. The U.S. Mint is also offering $10 off expedited shipping on all orders received by December 21.
