All Treats, No Tricks for Bishop Dunn Students

Children from Bishop Dunn Memorial School donned their Halloween costumes today and went trick-or-treating at the Mount Saint Mary College baseball field.

The young students went from station to station, collecting candy and showing off their costumes. Mount student-athletes and coaches, Bishop Dunn faculty, and parents cooperated to bring the event to life.

Bishop Dunn, on the Mount campus, was founded in 1883. The school is committed to the academic, spiritual, emotional, social, and physical development of children, pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

The college maintains a close relationship with Bishop Dunn. Mount Education students do fieldwork at the school, under the guidance of seasoned Bishop Dunn faculty. Many Mount grads go on to work at Bishop Dunn, including Principal Nancy Benfer from the Mount Class of 2004.
