It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Mark Dickman, age 31 of Campbell Hall, was arrested at 8:00pm on Sunday, 10/23/2022 in Goshen. He was charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Class A misdemeanors. He was given a ticket and released.
- Joseph Colon, age 30 of Middletown, was arrested at 1:10am on Sunday, 10/23/2022 in the City of Newburgh. He was charged with Aggravated DWI with a Child – 1st Offense, a Class E felony; and DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Cruz Garcia Bravo, age 43 of Fleischmanns, NY, was arrested at 3:08am on Saturday, 10/22/2022 in the City of Newburgh. He was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% with a Prior, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Alcohol in the 1st degree, all Class E felonies. He was released to a third party.
- Jayme R. Andersen, age 25 of Purdys, NY, was arrested at 7:22pm on Wednesday, 10/19/2022 in the Town of Newburgh. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; and DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
