A huge crowd turned out to the Cornwall Elementary School’s annual Welcome Back Carnival held outside in the rear of the school on Friday evening.
Principal Robert German as well as teachers from the school took turns appearing in the dunking booth for the children’s enjoyment. Fathers of the school children volunteered their time to operate the barbecue grills, cooking up hot dogs and hamburgers for all those in attendance.
The carnival featured games, a bouncy house, a cake walk entry, and other fun events.
The dunk tank was sponsored by the Cornwall Coffee Company. The event was run by the Cornwall Elementary School PTO.
