Forget having breakfast with the principal – this is your chance to dunk him in water.
Residents will have the opportunity to dunk Cornwall Elementary School Principal Robert German during a fun-filled carnival open to the public next week.
The Cornwall Elementary School will host its annual Welcome Back Carnival in the back field of the school on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The rain date is Friday, September 23, 2022.
Additional staff and teachers from the Cornwall Elementary School will appear in the dunking booth as well. Aside from this comic relief, the carnival will also feature hot dogs, hamburgers, snacks, beverages, and a cake walk entry.
Student wristbands are available for pre-sale at a cost of $15 each, or $20 at the gate. Adults and children under two will be admitted free.
The Cornwall Elementary School PTO, which is running the event, is also looking for as many volunteers and donations as possible. Adults and high school students may volunteer. Anyone interested in volunteering or donating can contact the PTO at pto4ces@gmail.com.
