- Emma O. Decubellis, age 25 of Vermont, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 6:09pm on Thursday, 8/25/2022. She was charged with: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance – Narcotic Drugs 4 oz or More in the 1st degree, a Class A felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance – Narcotic Drugs with the Intent to Sell in the 1st degree, a Class B felony; Resisting Arrest in the 1st degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Packaging in the 2nd degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Scales in the 2nd degree, DWI 1st Offense in the 1st degree, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, all misdemeanors. She was remanded to police custody.
