It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Erik S. Maisonet, age 28 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 9:23 pm on Sunday, 8/21/2022. He was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation with Alcohol in the 1st degree, both Class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
