Newburgh Free Academy’s Club SEL (Social Emotional Learning) promoted positive self-esteem during the month of April.
Part of the club’s efforts included putting up sticky notes with positive messages on all the school bathroom mirrors. Additionally, club members distributed a bulletin and posters around the school with tips of how to improve self-esteem.
Positive self-esteem quotes were also provided to the student body in the daily school announcements on the loud speaker.
