It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police Troop F:
- Carlos Gonzales-Benites, age 27 of Virginia, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 1:13am on 3/13/2022. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC over .08% with a Prior Offense, a Class E felony; and DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 years, a Class E felony. He was released pending court.
- Rosalinda Lucero, age 30 of Newburgh, was arrested in Wawayanda at 10:05pm on 3/13/2022. She was charged with Aggravated DWI with a Child 1st Offense, a Class E felony; DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 years, a Class E felony; and Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor. She was released pending court.
