Newburgh Students Learn Bus Safety

Elementary school students from the Newburgh Enlarged City School District recently learned about school bus safety and proper behavior through the Classroom on Wheels program.

The program teaches students proper procedures and behavior as part of a design to increase school bus safety throughout the district. It focuses on scholars from kindergarten through second grade.

The bus arrives at their school and the teachers bring out their class.  The bus driver then goes over all of the signals and safety measures for inside and outside of the school bus.

Classroom on Wheels provides the young students with the tools they need for being transported safely to and from school each day.
