New Windsor Dog Park Re-Opens

The Town of New Windsor’s San Giacomo Dog Park re-opened for the season on March 1.

The park is open 8am to dusk on a daily basis, weather-permitting. The season ends on October 31.

Anyone wishing to become a member to use the park can go to the New Windsor Town Clerk’s Office to obtain a key fob for entry. Annual costs are $20 for town residents who are veterans or senior citizens, $45 for town residents, and $90 for non-residents.

New Windsor residents must have a current dog license with the town. Those applying for the veterans’ special rate must show a copy of their DD-214. Non-residents must show proof of a current rabies vaccine.
