Fausto E. Fienco passed away unexpected during the evening on May 4, 2023. He was 73.
The son of the late Guillermo Fienco and Emerita Acuña Fienco, Fausto was born on February 15, 1950 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Fausto is survived by his loving wife, Awilda Rosado Fienco, at home; his daughters: Melissa E. Fienco, Jessenia A. Fienco Varghese and her husband Jeffey, and Christina Fienco Teahan and her husband Jack; 5 grandchildren: Brandon Fienco, Erick G. Cabrera, Jack Teahan V, Azalea Varghese and Giovanni Teahan; and his sister Gloria Fienco Ruiz. He was predeceased by brothers Euclides Fienco and Armando Fienco,
Fausto came to New York at age 18. He was a retired conductor for the NYC Transit Authority.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Chapel Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 11th at the funeral home. Interment will follow the Service at Calvary Cemetery in New Windsor, NY.
