Organizers of RiverFest, an annual festival held on the banks of the Hudson River in Cornwall-on-Hudson, have announced this year’s lineup of activities.
This year’s RiverFest will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023, from 11:00am to 6:00pm, at the Donahue Park.
Among the family-friendly activities included once again this year will be entertainment provided by Story Laurie, who is a storyteller, song writer, and singer. She transports listeners of all ages to lands near and far with renditions of folk tales and entertaining, socially conscious songs for kids and families.
Magic Rachel will also be performing. She has been bringing magic and fun to parties and events of all sizes for over 20 years. Children will be able to participate in face painting, making balloon animals, and enjoy her unique magic show.
Tumblebus, a nationally recognized children’s fun and fitness program, will also be on hand. It offers a non-competitive, safe environment where children can develop skills and learn at their own pace. The goal of Tumblebus is to help the children have fun while participating in fitness and learning new skills.
Admission to the RiverFest is free. Numerous vendors and first responders will also be in attendance.
