Richard was the son of William and Mildred Bandura of Long Island, NY. He was born on September 2, 1946 in Queens, NY.
He was a veteran of the US Navy and served during Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife Elsie L. Bandura, his daughter Jaclyn (Evan) Podob and his brother Scott and Kenia Bandura and nephew Wyatt Bandura. He was predeceased by his son Clinton James Bandura, who passed away in 2019.
