A local business is working to come up with ideas to create a skate park in the Town of Cornwall. The idea has drawn positive attention from Town Supervisor Josh Wojehowski.
Premium Roots New York, a skate shop located at 246 Main Street in Cornwall, is attempting to assemble a committee of local youth and adults to come up with ideas and move forward with the project. All those seeking to help would be volunteering to enhance their community.
A meeting will be held at the Premium Roots New York skate shop on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 6:00pm. It is open to anyone who would like to pitch ideas or is interested in joining the committee.
Wojehowski stated he is “looking forward to seeing what they come up with.”
