City of Newburgh Police:
The latest arrest blotter has not been released for two weeks.
New York State Police:
- A 13 year-old from the City of Newburgh was arrested following an incident in the Town of Newburgh that occurred at 1:07am on Saturday, 4/1/2023. The juvenile was charged with Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief: Reckless Property Damage, both Class A misdemeanors. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket.
- A 17 year-old from Newburgh was arrested following an incident in the Town of Newburgh that occurred at 1:07am on Saturday, 4/1/2023. The juvenile was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and False Personation, a Class B misdemeanor. The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket.
- Anibal Gutierrez, age 42 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 11:51pm on Friday, 4/7/2023. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Permanent Revocation in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; False Personation, a Class B misdemeanor; and Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Edwin E. Portillo Lucero, age 28 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:45am on Sunday, 4/2/2023. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Quaseem M. Weems, age 32 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 2:00am on Saturday, 4/8/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Saul Campos Ortiz, age 30 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:20am on Saturday, 4/8/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Fatmir Alosevic, age 45 of New Windsor, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:26am on Sunday, 4/2/2023. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- David L. Kerr, age 34 of New Windsor, was arrested in Port Jervis at 6:08pm on Tuesday, 4/4/2023. He was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree, a Class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Damian S. Valle, age 20 of West Haven, CT, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 12:34am on Thursday, 4/6/2023. He was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
