- Reiny A. Tavares, age 35 of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in New Windsor at 1:10am on Sunday, 3/26/2023. He was charged with Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Brian T. McParland, age 44 of Slate Hill, NY, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 12:50am on Tuesday, 3/28/2023. He was charged with two counts of Possessing a Forged Instrument in the 2nd degree, Class D felonies; Identity Theft: Obtain Goods in the 3rd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both Class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Eduardo Reyes, age 40 of Newburgh, was arrested in Monroe at 7:43pm on Saturday, 3/25/2023. He was charged with Aggravated DWI with a Child 1st Offense, a Class E felony. He was released to a third party.
- Nicole L. Lombardi, age 35 of Newburgh, was arrested in Montgomery at 12:47am on Monday, 3/27/2023. She was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle – Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; and Using Another Vehicle without an Interlock Device, a Class A misdemeanor. She was released to a third party.
- Daniel F. Okeeffe, age 25 of Monroe, NY, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 7:19am on Tuesday, 3/28/2023. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle – Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; Two counts of Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, Class A misdemeanors; Criminal Mischief: Intent to Damage Property, a Class A misdemeanor; and DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party.
- Lutfur Rahman, age 58 of New Windsor, was arrested in New Windsor at 1:52pm on Saturday, 3/25/2023. He was charged with Prohibited Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor, a Class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kodikara Arachchig J. Perera, age 56 of New Windsor, was arrested in New Windsor at 1:22pm on Saturday, 3/25/2023. She was charged with Prohibited Sale of an Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor, a Class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.
