Safe Harbors of the Hudson will soon bring back its program to bring circus magic to the City of Newburgh.
The Ritz Kidz Circus is a free summer program offered by Safe Harbors. It is open to students ages 12 through 16 years old, but space is limited to 25 participants.
Youngsters attending the program will be able to work with a team of experienced, professional circus coaches to learn skills in acrobatics, tumbling, juggling, comedy, music, dance and flying through the air on the flying trapeze.
The program is two weeks long. It will end with a circus performance for the community on August 18, 2023, at 6:00pm, located at the Safe Harbors Green at the corner of Broadway and Lander Street.
