New York State Assemblyman Christopher Eachus has announced his first annual awards ceremony to recognize extraordinary women from the area.
The awards will honor “extraordinary women of our community” in the 99th Assembly District. It will recognize them for “helping move our society forward and build a stronger and better community,” Eachus stated.
The first annual Extraordinary Women of the 99th Assembly District Awards will be held at the New York Military Academy’s Davis Chapel in Cornwall on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
Among the Extraordinary Women Awards recipients for this year are Lisa VanNostrand of Newburgh, Lisa Smith Hintze of Highland Mills, Carlys Romano Lemler of Fort Montgomery, Donna Jean Anderson of Stony Point, and Christine Silverman of Stony Point.
