It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Gregory A. Travis, age 36 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Montgomery at 7:00am on Friday, 3/10/2023. He was charged with Rape in the 2nd degree, a Class D felony. He was remanded to police custody.
- Taylor R. Mazza, age 27 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Montgomery at 9:04pm on Friday, 3/10/2023. He was charged with DWAI Drugs with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years, a Class E felony. He was released to a third party.
- Naomi J. Ely, age 25 of Cold Spring, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 10:26pm on Wednesday, 3/15/2023. She was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree and one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, all misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
- Talia K. Carrion, age 21 of New Windsor, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 1:59am on Friday, 3/10/2023. She was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
- Romario R. Stewart, age 28 of the Bronx, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 3:35am on Sunday, 3/12/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, all misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Rony N. Chipana, age 31 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 4:22am on Sunday, 3/12/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Oscar Luna, age 48 of Montgomery, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 11:38pm on Sunday, 3/12/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Aggravated DWI Per Se with No Priors, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

- Roddy A. Eustache, age 43 of Elmont, NY, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 2:00pm on Friday, 3/10/2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or Greater 1st offense, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
