It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest or if they include driving under the influence charges due to the danger to public safety. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop T):
- Leah L. Gainey, age 35 of Albany, was arrested in the Town of Cornwall at 4:14pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. She was arrested with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree (Narcotic drugs of 8 ounces or more), a Class A felony; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (Narcotic drug with intent to sell), a Class B felony. She was remanded to police custody.
- Tyrone L. Mitchell, age 53 of Schenectady, was arrested in the Town of Cornwall at 4:14pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. He was arrested with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree (Narcotic drugs of 8 ounces or more), a Class A felony; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (Narcotic drug with intent to sell), a Class B felony. He was remanded to police custody.
State Police (Troop F):
- Diana B. Rodriguez, age 32 of Hewitt, NJ, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 6:24pm on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. She was charged with Aggravated DWI with a Child (1st Offense), a Class E felony; DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
- Ivann Merino Garcia, age 37 of Marlboro, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 2:46am on Thursday, January 12, 2023. He was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, both Class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Nolin S. Taveras, age 32 of Newburgh, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 3:00am on Saturday, January 7, 2023. He was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, both Class E felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Tauliddin Reynolds, age 42 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 10:56pm on Monday, January 9, 2023. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, a Class E felony. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Jordan A. Gibbons, age 24 of Pine Bush, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 11:58am on Monday, January 9, 2023. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs in the 1st degree, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Matthew P. Liguori, age 28 of Harriman, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 3:10am on Sunday, January 8, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
- Kyle A. Stewart, age 30 of Walden, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 11:20pm on Sunday, January 8, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Joseph J. Yuknevich, age 35 of Wallkill, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 7:50pm on Friday, January 6, 2023. He was charged with DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
