- Jorge A. Diaz Hernandez, age 40 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 2:10am on Wednesday, 12/21/2022. He was charged with DWI – Previous Conviction in 10 Years, a Class E felony. He was released to a third party.
- William G. Keefer, age 29 of Wallkill, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh at 1:59am on Tuesday, 12/20/2022. He was charged with Aggravated DWI and DWI 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
- Terrance Sloan, age 55 of Newburgh, was arrested in the City of Newburgh at 6:08pm on Monday, 12/19/2022. He was charged with Aggravated DWI and DWI 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
