NWS Warns of Dangerous Wind Chills Reaching -30°F in Some Areas

As a storm system bringing heavy rain and gusty winds exits the region, a cold front hot on its heels created a flash freeze of all standing water. Bitterly cold temperatures have now set in as gusty winds continue.
