A little bit of country is coming to the Town of Newburgh this Christmas season.
A “Christmas on the Farm” event has been announced by the Town of Newburgh Animal Shelter in conjunction with The Sanctuary at Pine Meadow Farm. The yuletide celebration will take place on Saturday, December 17, 2022, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, at 79 Rock Cut Road, located between Route 17K and Route 52.
The event will feature pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus, pony rides, hot dogs, cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee. Those in attendance will also be able to feed the horses, goats, chickens, donkeys, and more.
During the event, dogs will be available for adoption from the Town of Newburgh Animal Shelter. Donations of dog and cat food will also be accepted.
All proceeds from Christmas on the Farm will benefit the Town of Newburgh Animal Shelter and The Sanctuary at Pine Meadow.
