Town of Newburgh Collecting Toys for Children in Need

The Town of Newburgh is asking any residents to help them to help children in need this holiday season. Donations of toys are needed to make the holidays a little bit better for underprivileged children.

The Town of Newburgh has placed a toy receptacle for donations in the lobby of the Town Hall, located at 1496 Route 300. Residents are encouraged to donate new, unused toys to help children in need and continue the tradition of giving during the holiday season.

Residents may bring the new, unused toys to the toy receptacle on Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The last day to donate toys is Monday, December 19, 2022.

Newburgh Town Supervisor Gil Piaquadio observed, “Through the gift of giving, residents give the joy of the holiday season to children in need.”
