State Police (Troop F):
- Stafany M. Cruz, age 23 of Newburgh, was arrested on Saturday, 9/24/2022 at 3:05am in the City of Newburgh. She was charged with DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years; Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% with a Prior; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Alcohol in the 1st degree, all felonies. She was released to a third party.
