It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Ryan M. Burgos, age 21 of Washingtonville, was arrested in New Windsor on Thursday, 7/21/2022 at 5:15pm for an incident that occurred on 5/26/2022 at 5:32pm. He was charged with two counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 1st degree, a Class C felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.
State Police (Troop T):
- Rafael Henriquez, age 24 of New York City, was arrested in the Town of Newburgh on Sunday, 7/24/2022 at 9:32pm. He was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI with a Child – 1st Offense, Class E felonies; and one count each of DWI 1st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% 1st Offense, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
