Orange County Freedom Fest, Fireworks Tomorrow

Orange County will host their annual Freedom Fest capped off with fireworks tomorrow night.

The event will begin at 4:30pm tomorrow (Friday, 7/29/2022) at the Thomas Bull Memorial Park in Montgomery. The event is free to attend. Residents will be able to purchase food and beverages from vendors throughout the evening. A night full of live entertainment is also planned, as well as a special tribute to our local veterans.

“Freedom Fest allows us all to come together to celebrate and the County anticipates another great turnout this year,” said Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus.

“Freedom Fest is a fun County celebration of America and our great Orange County community,” observed Robby Valentine, lead singer of the Black Dirt Bandits. “We appreciate the opportunity to play and cannot wait to rock the stage.”

Those attending are not permitted to bring glass containers, pop-up tents, or sparklers.

For many decades, Orange County hosted an annual Star Spangled Spectacular on the Fourth of July. That event ceased running and Freedom Fest was created in its place.
