It is our policy to only print felony arrests. Some misdemeanor arrests may be published if they are of notable interest. All persons listed herein have not yet had their day in court and are innocent until proven guilty in court.
State Police (Troop F):
- Alyssa L. Lopez, age 20 of Newburgh, was arrested on Wednesday, 7/6/2022 at 1:42am in the Town of Newburgh. She was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation with Alcohol in the 1st degree, a Class E felony; Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% First Offense, and DWI First Offense, both misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
