Six suspects were arrested this week for possessing firearms and drugs. In some instances, the suspects allegedly possessed stolen guns, ammunition feeding devices, a stolen vehicle, drugs, and drug scales.
The New York State Police Troop T, responsible for patrolling the Thruway and other interstates across the area, made the busts.
At approximately 11:41pm on Tuesday, state troopers arrested two individuals in the Town of Plattekill on gun, drug, and stolen vehicle charges.
Nathaniel R. Elie, age 35 of Vermont, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon – Loaded Firearm in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property – Vehicle in the 4th degree, both Class E felonies; Criminal Impersonation, a Class A misdemeanor; and six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Class A misdemeanors.
Kimberly D. Concannon, age 31 of Vermont, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon – Loaded Firearm in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony; Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property – Vehicle in the 4th degree, both Class E felonies; and six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Class A misdemeanors.
In an unrelated incident, state troopers arrested four individuals in the Town of Woodbury on gun and drug charges at approximately 7:07am last Friday. All four suspects allegedly possessed large-capacity ammunition feeding devices, among other contraband.

Bates, age 38 of Gloversville, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon – Loaded Firearm in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property – Firearms in the 4th degree, a Class E felony; five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, one count of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Scales in the 2nd degree, and one count of Possession of a Large Capacity Ammo Feed Device, all Class A misdemeanors.

Smith, age 39 of Gloversville, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon – Loaded Firearm in the 2nd degree, a Class C felony; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property – Firearms in the 4th degree, a Class E felony; two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and one count of Possession of a Large Capacity Ammo Feed Device, all Class A misdemeanors.

All suspects were remanded to police custody.
