“Touch a Truck” Event Held at Newburgh Armory

TEAM Newburgh’s Take Back the City, a non-profit organization, held their first “Touch a Truck” event at the Newburgh Armory this afternoon.

The event brought together civic organizations, first responders, and other agencies to provide the community with a close-up look at what they do.

Health First, Mobile Life Support Services, Hope Not Handcuffs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Hudson House, the US Air Force, the City of Newburgh Fire Department, the City of Newburgh Police Department, the New York State Police Mounted Unit (horse), and many more groups were in attendance.

A food truck from Church at the Bridge was also on hand.
