A car and motorcycle show to benefit the Orange County Law Enforcement Memorial Wall will be held tomorrow.
The sixth annual event, sponsored by Quick Insurance Agency and Hudson Valley Hot Rods, will take place at the Orange County Fire Training Center from 10:00am to 3:00pm. It will be held rain or shine.
The event will feature food, music, police K9 demonstrations, a SWAT Team display, the Orange County Sheriff Office’s Project Safe Child, and more. A 50/50 raffle will also be held.
A $300 participation prize will be awarded. Over 30 plaques will be presented, along with specialty trophies for best police car, best truck, best modern muscle, best rat rod, and more.
Vehicles of all years, makes, and models are welcome to participate. Registration begins at 9:00am and costs $20.
The Orange County Law Enforcement Memorial Wall was built by the Fraternal Order of Police’s Jason Conklin Memorial Lodge 957 in Monroe, NY. It consists of two walls at the entrance to the Orange County Courthouse which lists the names of 28 members of Orange County law enforcement agencies who died in the line of duty.
