State Police (Troop F):
- Mystique Latimer, age 39 of Newburgh, was arrested at 1:54am on Friday, 6/3/22 in the City of Newburgh. She was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree and DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years, both Class E felonies; and Circumventing an Interlock – Operator without a Device, a Class A misdemeanor. She was released to a third party.
- Javier Aviles, age 34 of Newburgh, was arrested at 2:32am on Sunday, 6/5/22 in the City of Newburgh. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – Alcohol in the 1st degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% with Priors, and DWI with a Previous Conviction in 10 Years, all Class E felonies. He was released to a third party.
