Diann M. Puccio, a loving wife, mother, nana and aunt passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 in Nyack Hospital in Nyack, N.Y. The daughter of the late Ferdinand and Emily (Krauss) Brancato, she was born on June 24, 1946 in Bronx, N.Y.
Diann raised her family in New Windsor, N.Y. She loved spending time with her family. They were her whole world. She loved cooking, entertaining and had a great love for animals. For many years she worked for Rainbow Nursery School as a teacher and then as a cook in the Newburgh School District. Diann will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Puccio, her daughter, Debbie (Puccio) Farrow and her husband Rick Farrow, her grandsons, Ricky Farrow and Frank Farrow, her granddaughter, Emily Farrow, her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her son, Frank Puccio Jr., her sisters, her mother-in-law, father-in-law, and her brother in-law.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY. A Catholic mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 20 at Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh, with burial following in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor.
