State Police (Troop F):
- Michael Maisonet, age 44 of New Windsor, was arrested on Thursday, 5/5/2022 at 10:36pm in the City of Newburgh. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Firearm) with a previous conviction in the 3rd degree, a Class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Ammo clip) in the 3rd degree, a Class D felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon (Loaded firearm) in the 3rd degree, a Class C felony; and Driving While Intoxicated 1st offense, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to police custody.
State Police (Troop T):
- Marco O. Smith, age 52 of Glens Falls, was arrested on Thursday, 5/5/2022 at 11:56pm in New Windsor. He was charged with Criminal Possession of Narcotic Drugs in the 4th degree, a Class C felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.
