Alyssa Christine Cebollero

August 8, 1995 – April 22, 2022 (age 26)

New Windsor, NY

Alyssa Christine Cebollero, nickname Beautiful, entered into rest on April 22, 2022 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. The daughter of Alexander and Christine Marie Cebollero, she was born August 8, 1995 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. 

Spongebob Square Pants was her favorite show; she loved sunflowers; music and food! She knew all the words to the encanto soundtrack and she was a pool shark! Her smile and laugh was one of a kind. She loved Milo her cat! Alyssa was a caring beautiful young lady that would go out of her way to make everyone feel special. Alyssa was truly a blessing to have in our lives. 

She graduated from Wallkill Senior High School, Suny Delhi and UALBANY, receiving her Associates degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelors Degree in Digital Forensics. She had been employed at Cornerstone for over a year. 

In addition to her parents she is survived by her siblings, Alexander JR Cebollero and Briella Cebollero; grandparents, Ada Valentin, Angela Cebollero and Julio Cebollero;  cousins: Brianna Valentin, Jenessa Valentin, Krystal Suarez, Vanessa Suarez, Keith Cebollero, Cindy Nugent, Niame Slaughter, Nadia Slaughter, Kenneth Slaughter, Jacob Slaughter, Franciana Zahurudin, Fabin Cortes, Elina Cortes, Brad Betcher,Garrett Betcher, Christopher Betcher, Lucas Rosales, Sarah Rosales, Gabriel Rosales, Iesha Colon, Rosalida Colon and Mishka Davila; as well as extended family in the city and in Florida; and many close friends who she considered family. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Clemen Valentin.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 28 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home, with burial following in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
