State Police (Troop F):
- Johnny Davis, age 32 of Monticello, was arrested on Sunday, 4/10/2022 at 4:41am in the Town of Newburgh. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle – Alcohol 1st degree, a Class E felony; Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% 1st offense, a misdemeanor; and DWI 1st offense, a misdemeanor. He was released to a third party pending court.
