The Newburgh Lions Club recently presented local Optometrist Dr. Joseph Accettura with the prestigious Uplinger Award at Leo’s Restaurant in the Town of Newburgh.
Dr. Accettura has operated Vision City for many years and has made numerous donations of eye glasses to needy children.
